The Permitting Process:

We are pleased to inform you that a Preliminary Application Review has already been completed, marking a positive step forward in the permitting process. This review involved working closely with the city of Santa Maria, receiving valuable feedback and insights that have helped refine our plans. The collaboration between our team and the city authorities has been exceptional, paving the way for a smooth permitting journey.
Progress and Future Plans:
While progressing through the permitting process, notable advancements have been made in the construction of the expansion. Fabrication of the steel components for the building is underway off-site, and several columns have already been completed. Currently, our focus lies on constructing the support trusses, a crucial element of the hangar's structural framework.
The early progress we have achieved is a testament to the dedication and efficiency of our project team. By proactively initiating fabrication activities off site, we aim to minimize potential delays and ensure a seamless transition into the building phase once the necessary permits are obtained.
